Mark sees personal fitness and nutrition as more than just a hobby, to him it’s a lifestyle! This lifestyle is more than "working out and eating right", you have to enjoy your work out and eat the foods you like.

He's a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School in Pennsylvania where he lettered in football, basketball, indoor and outdoor track, earning All Pac-10 and All-Area honors in football.

Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in Fitness from Lock Haven University. He has previous experience in the fitness industry, as Assistant Student Strength & Condition Coach at Lock Haven University, Velocity Sports Performance, Greater Plymouth Community Center as well as Personal Training Director at LA Fitness. Mark lives by the motto “Go Hard or Go Home!!”

He is committed to designing a program for each individual client/group that will produce results and help them reach the goals they vision for themselves. Mark truly believes that each individual's needs are of the utmost importance.

Kristi wants to help others succeed in their goals, no matter how large or small. She believes that anyone can improve their fitness level, no matter what his or her physical condition may be.

She knows personally how challenging it can be to reach a fitness goal. She became sedentary following a back injury, and after several years of pain and weight gain, she decided to turn it around, losing 75 pounds through exercise and healthy eating. Soon afterward, she became a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer to help share her experience. Kristi is here to help

guide and motivate you through your journey. Working out doesn't need to be a chore, it can be fun!

Kristi’s experience in the fitness industry includes teaching for local and national brand gyms, as well as two corporate fitness centers in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Her sessions are tailored to each individual's exercise experience, interests, and fitness levels. She will make her clients work hard, without being intimidated by the barks of a drill sergeant.

She likes a regimented, safe, and fun-flowing workout.

With a focus on client’s personal goals Corrine seeks to get you results in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

Corrine is a 2007 graduate of Lock Haven University. Her Personal Training education was done at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Philadelphia. As well as being certified through NPTI, Corrine obtained her National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification in December of 2015.

When she’s not training clients, Corrine enjoys working out, reading and going to concerts. Her favorite food is peanut butter and her favorite exercise is squats.
